Firefighters competing in firefighter games

Annual Firefighter Games

This event is rapidly becoming the largest annual firefighter participation event in Galveston County. We would love to see your department represented and so would the public!

These games provide a unique opportunity to network, visit, interact with the community, and compete against firefighters from across Galveston County and the greater south Houston area. The games are much more than just a sporting event; they are about having fun and developing camaraderie.

We have career, volunteer, and industrial firefighters, all trying to take home all the trophies and, most importantly, bragging rights!

Saturday, the games will begin at 10 a.m. with Pumper Races pitting your best initial attack teams against each other, followed by a Waterball competition at noon, pitting your best nozzle teams against each other.

Sign up a Firefighter Team.
